Registration - Application for Live Account Opening
Select the type of account for Live Account opening (individual or corporate), identify in your application if you want to open the CFD Account, Forex Standard or Forex Mini Account and in what currency (EUR or USD):
1. Registration. Please fill in electronically the application for your Live account at the Exchange and please sign the agreements electronically. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. You can make your registration using the following links:
Individual account: Live account for the exchange trading, its opening for individual traders.
Corporate account: Live account for the Exchange trading, its opening for companies, firms and institutions.
In the frame of the registration process you will fill in the application form for exchange trading (which is placed on the server of the electronic exchange). You can open the account for individual traders or corporate account. Detailed process af account opening is described here.
A. The registration itself has got three steps (Step 1 to 3):
Step 1 – Disclosure and agreements. Confirm your approval and go to "Proceed".
Step 2 – Trader information. In this step, fill in all required data according to the example. More information here. After completion of this data, click below on the “I agree” button.
Step 3 – Confirmation and Account Funding. Information, that your Live account application has been finished.
Then you must send the copy of your identification and finally send the funds as mentioned below.
B. Identification. Now send the copy of your identification to the e-mail admin2@gcitrading.com. For your individual Live Account enclose the copy of your ID (copy of Identification card or passport). For the Live Account of the legal entity, firm enclose agreement about incorporation (Incorporation Certificate), signed company’s decision and the copy of identifications of final owners of the company (abstract from Register of Companies, identification of statutory bodies and authorized users of Live accounts). It is also possible to fax these documents to fax numbers, which are referred-to in the article Fax numbers of GCI Financial Ltd.
C. Deposit. Now send the funds for your Exchange trading. You can finance your live account by a bank transfer, by main credit cards, or using PayPal. The exchange will send you detail instruction by e-mail immediately after the acceptance of your application form. More information can be found on the page Deposit and Withdraw of Funds.
The easiest way how to send the funds to your Live account for the exchange trading with stocks, commodities, currencies is the electronic bank transfer from your bank. The funds are usually charged to your account within one working day after the delivery. After sending of the funds, fill in the Deposit Information Form. Inform the GCI mailing to admin2@gcitrading.com, that you already sent the funds and necessary documents. Deposits can be made only by owners of the accounts – the third party payments are not allowed. It means, that for the identification of your funds with your trading account, you must send the funds from the bank account, which is open on the same name (the account holder name) as your Live trading account, according to data you filled in your application form (registration).

The rocedure of the account opening, the communication and the administration of the Live account for the Exchange trading takes approximately 4-6 working days. In the frame of the application form, you give your future password, which is later possible to change any time you want. GCI will activate your Live account immediately after the receipt of your funds and the copy of the Identification data. After the completion and administration of these data, the GCI will send you the number of your Live account. If there is a problem during the opening Live account process, communicate at the address admin2@gcitrading.com or at the address servis.us@tradersno1.com. You can solve your problems using the LIVE HELP, too.
Before you start opening your Live account, please read the following warning: All the communication with GCI is done by e-mail. Some providers of e-mail boxes can place e-mails from GCI automatically to the spam box. If you had a feeling you didn’t receive any e-mail from GCI, which you should have received, please control your spam box. To prevent this problem, we advise you to put e-mail address of GCI Financial admin2@gcitrading.com and all adresses you are using for your exchange trading communication and with us to your mailing list.
D. Withdrawal of funds. It is possible to withdraw funds from your account simply by printing and sending fax of Withdrawal form to +1 866 728 2399 or on any other fax number of GCI Financial. Withdrawals are usually made the same day, when GCI receives the withdrawal form, but it is always made maximum within 2 trading days. The transfer of the funds, which GCI will send can take 1-3 trading days, till it will appear on your live account. Financial withdrawals are allowed only to owners of GCI accounts. The funds can be send only to the bank account, which is opened on your name. Third party payments are not allowed.
Trading software Goldstar Online Trading used for the Live Exchange trading is the same as the platform used for the Demo Exchange trading. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, you can do it now. After the Exchange will receive your application form, the copy of identification and the funds, the administration of your account will be made. There must be done the administration of your application form, funds and the copy of ID. Then your login name and the password will be send to your email, which you use to login your Live account for the Exchange trading. Please do not forget to login the account type you selected in the application form and which you have confirmed in the email.
