Opening and running of a real account

How to proceed when opening the Live account

After clicking the button, it is neccessary to fill in the three simple steps for opening the Live account.

1. Selecting the account type and basic data. Choose, if you want an individual account (individual) or if you are opening an account for company (Corporate). In the case of opening the associated account, select the Joint option.
   
   Also select the account type, that you want to open. We recommend opening of CFD & Forex Account account type. This type enables you to realize your specilations on the price movements of Shares, Commodities and Currency pairs of Forex. There is a largest selection of assets, trading Margin from 25,- EUR/USD), this account can be opened in any size, with any number of Lots.
   
   Within this step, you enter your name (First name), surname (Surname), e-mail, country and phone number.


2. More detailed information. Within this step, you fill in more detailed information, such as your address, date of birth. You also choose a currency, in which you open an account. Due to the stability of EUR currency towards CZK we recommend to our clients to open an account in this currency. You also fill in your indicative experience with trading.
   
   At the end of this step by clicking on the I Agree button, you agree, that above information is true and by clicking you get to the next step.


3. In the third step you electronically sign a contract with broker. Check both fields under both contracts and click the Proceed button.
   


4. In this moment is the process of electronical opening of an account almost completed. Now, it is neccessary to send a copy of your ID to an e-mail admin2@gcitrading.com and funds in the minimal amount of 2,000 EUR or USD.

After filling up the form, send a copy of your identification

Send the copy of your Identification card to the e-mail admin2@gcitrading.com. For your individual Live account enclose the copy of your ID (copy of Identification card or passport). For live account of legal entity, firm enclose agreement about incorporation (agreement about creation), signed company"s decision and copy of identifications of final owners of the company (abstract from Register of Companies, identification of statutory bodies and authorized users of Live accounts). It is possible to fax these documents to fax numbers, which are referred-to in the article Fax numbers of GCI Financial Ltd.

Then you can start funding your account

The minimum for opening an account is 2,000 EUR or USD. Send the money for your Exchange trading. You can finance your live account by a bank transfer, by main credit cards, or by using PayPal. The exchange will send you detail instruction by e-mail immediately after the acceptance of your application form. More information can be founds on the page Deposit and Withdraw of Funds.

The easiest way how to send the money to your Live account for the exchange trading with stocks, commodities, currencies is the electronic bank transfer from your bank. Money is usually charged on your account within one working day after the delivery. After sending the money on Live account, fill in the Deposit Information Form. Inform the GCI about sending the money and needed documents on admin2@gcitrading.com. Deposits can be made only by owners of GCI accounts - financial transfers from third party are not allowed. I.E., for paring the money to Live account, you send the money from account, which name (owner) is identical with owner of trading Live account, the same way you mentioned in your application form (registration).

How long does it take? What if I need help?

The procedure of the account opening, the communication and the administration of the Live account for the Exchange trading takes approximately 4-6 days. In the frame of application form, you give your future password, which is later possible to change any time you want. GCI will activate your Live account immediately after the reception of your money and the copy of Identification data. After the completion and administration of these data, the GCI will send you the number of your Live account. If there is a problem during the opening Live account process, communicate at the address admin2@gcitrading.com or at the address info@goldstarway.com for a czech language. Before you start opening your Live account, please read following warning: All the communication with GCI is done by e-mail. Some providers of e-mail boxes can place e-mails from GCI automatically to the spam box. If you had a feeling you didn"t receive any e-mail from GCI, which you should have received, please control your spam box. To prevent this problem, we advise you to put e-mails admin2@gcitrading.com, office@goldstarway.com and any other mails, that you use for communication with Stock Exchange and with us, to your mailing list!

Withdrawing the money

It is possible to withdraw money from your account simply by printing and sending fax of Withdrawal form to 1 866 728 2399 or on any other fax number of GCI Financial. Withdrawals are usually made the same day, when GCI receives the withdrawal form, but it is always made maximum within 2 trading days. The transfer of the money, which GCI will send can take 1-3 trading days, till it will appear on your live account. Financial withdrawals are allowed only to owners of GCI accounts. Transfers of third parties are not allowed.

Trading software Goldstar Online Trading,that is used for Live Trading on the exchange is the same, as the platform used for Demo trading. If you have not dowload it yet, you can do it here. After the administrative department of GCI receives your application form, copy of identification and the funds, the administration of your trading account will follow automaticly. Your registration, identification data and the funds you sent must be administratively paired off. After that will be sent to you the data for your new trading account by e-mail - your LOGIN and PASSWORD, that allowes you to to log-in to your Live Trading account. Do not forget fill the space "Account type" correctly in favor of the type that you chose in the application form and which will be confirmed to you in e-mail message.
